Delivery Policy

If this is your first order with CONNECT VOIP, a representative will review your order and may optionally contact you within a short time after you submit your order to verify your information. CONNECT VOIP then processes your order and releases your order to your online account and also sends an email with your PIN and dialing instructions. Future orders process instantly on your computer screen (you must use the same email address and password that you registered with). You may also receive a follow up phone call for confirmation if your billing information changes.

Refund Policy

Since, our product is virtual and is instantly delivered in the form of a PIN that has immediate monetary value, we must be cautious when providing refunds. Our product cannot be re-sold, thus, you should be very careful in selecting the phone card you want. At CONNECT VOIP's discretion, we provide refunds or replacement cards if you have a problem with the card that the phone card carrier cannot resolve.

Terms of Use

1. Your CONNECT VOIP Calling Card is not transferable. You may authorize others to use your card, but the responsibility of payment for the charges incurred remains yours.
2. The CONNECT VOIP Calling Card is the property of CONNECT VOIP and must be returned at CONNECT VOIP's or its agent's request.
3. CONNECT VOIP will attempt to provide services with the highest accuracy, but does not warrant such services to be error free or fit for any particular purpose.
4. The liability of CONNECT VOIP, or any of its employees, agents or cooperating service provider(s), arising from any non-delivery or any other errors or omissions in the provision of such services is limited to an amount equal to the charge for any such service(s).
5. The CONNECT VOIP Calling Card is subject to limited availability. CONNECT VOIP reserves the right to refuse to issue certain card names.
6. CONNECT VOIP suspects fraudulent, abusive or illegal use of your Calling Card, CONNECT VOIP may among other things, suspend, restrict or terminate your card without notice.
7. CONNECT VOIP reserves the right to deactivate your Calling Card without further notice to you if you leave CONNECT VOIP and if your card remains inactive for a period of at least 12 months.
8. Intermittently, CONNECT VOIP.com may make available a link to a third party's web site. These links will let you leave CONNECT VOIP-hk.com. The linked sites are not under CONNECT VOIP-hk.com control and CONNECT VOIP is not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site, or any changes or updates to such sites. CONNECT VOIP-hk.com is not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from any linked site. CONNECT VOIP-hk.com provides the links only as a convenience. CONNECT VOIP-hk.com does not endorse the site or its use or contents.
